Callander’s flagship event takes place end of June. The day offers exciting family fun and entertainment, including a pancake breakfast, entertainment, vendors, kids’ activities, fireworks, and a parade to celebrate Canada Day! Come join fellow residents for a full day of family fun!
This year's theme is Callander's Past, Present, and Future.

A pancake breakfast is held at the Callander Community Centre, 1984 Swale Street, from 8am-10:30am.
The cost is $10 for adults, and $5 for children.
All are encouraged to attend.

Previous Winners
Every year, local students from St. Theresa's and M.T. Davidson are invited to enter the art contest. Entries will be displayed at the pancake breakfast at the Community Centre. Winners are judged and announced at FunFest, and their art is displayed in the Municipal Office for the following year.
The Art Contest judging takes place at the Callander Community Centre, 1984 Swale Street.

Children 12 and under have their very own contest this year! They are invited to submit chocolate chip cookies to the contest.

Limited spaces per category. You must submit your entry form to events@callander.ca to enter. Entries must be submitted by 9am Saturday morning at the Community Centre. Further details available by contacting the Events Committee.
The silent auction will be a closed bid auction running all day - place your secret bid and hope to win!
You can bid on items during the Pancake Breakfast at the Community Centre from 8am to 10:30am, and at Centennial Park at the Silent Auction Tent from 12pm to 3pm.
Winning bidders will be contacted on Sunday, June 25th.
Payment and Pickup will be Monday, June 26th at the Community Centre in the Orton Room from 6pm to 7pm. Cash is preffered.
All proceeds from the silent auction will go to the Callander Food Bank.

To register for the FunFest parade as a float, please submit the registration form to events@callander.ca .
You are also welcome to enter the parade with a decorated bike. Children of all ages are welcome to participate, though parents must accompany children under 8 years of age. A waiver form is available for signing at the start of the parade route.
Parade participants must be in front of Sunbeam Bungalows between 10:00-10:30AM for the parade start at 11:00AM. The parade route begins on Main Street South in front of Sunbeam Bungalows to Swale Street, to the Community Centre.
Note: the parade route is subject to change. You will be notified of any changes to the route.
If you are interested in becoming a FunFest Vendor, please fill out the application form and submit it to events@callander.ca.
All vendors will be located at Centennial Park.
Vendors will be set up from 10AM-4Pm, and food vendors MAY be set up until the fireworks begin.
A variety of fun activities take place all day long in Centennial Park, including vendors, food, entertainment, bouncy castles, and so much more! Exciting additions will be posted as they are arranged.
