CHIEF BUILDING OFFICIAL (CBO) OUT OF OFFICE NOTICE

I will be out of office from Friday December 12, 2025 returning Monday January 5, 2026.

I will not be available for inspections during this time frame. Messages can be left on voicemail at the Municipal Office 705-752-1410 ext. 307 or on email at ckarpenko@callander.ca.

If you require an inspection, please contact Sara Berry Executive Assistant to make the necessary arrangements.

The following information will be required to be provided:

1. Name of the Permit Holder
2. Contact name/information (email/cell phone number) for site superintendent
3. Building Permit Number
4. Site Address
5. Inspection type requested (Footings, Prior to Backfill, Underground Plumbing etc.)
6. Date for Inspection
