The Municipality of Callander reminds everyone of the rules under Bylaw 2020‑1676:

✅ Authorized Parking Locations

Centennial Park North Parking Lot
Sunbeam Municipal Beach

✅ Setup Window

Starts: 3rd Saturday in December
Ends: 2nd Saturday in January

🚫 No parking on other municipal property outside these dates or locations.

🛑 Why it matters:

Huts outside permitted areas or dates will be tagged for removal.
After 8 days, they may be removed at the owner’s expense.

💡 Tip: Clearly label your hut with your name & contact info for easy identification.

The Ministry of Natural Resources and Forestry (MNRF) has issued a Watershed Conditions Statement – Flood Outlook for parts of the North Bay District. This notice is in effect until Tuesday, May 12, 2026 at 4:00 p.m.
