Under By-law 2019-1607, on-street parking is prohibited from November 1 to March 31 between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM to allow for winter maintenance and snow control. Vehicles interfering with snow removal may be towed at the owner's expense.
❄️ Additionally, no person shall deposit, move, or relocate snow or ice onto any highway, bridge, or within the road allowance in a way that obstructs traffic or visibility. Fines may apply.
