NOTE: The fees below do not include HST, which is required for all facility rentals. For more information, please email info@callander.ca.
• Rental Key Pick-Up - During summer hours we close at 1 pm on Fridays.
• Key Non-Return Fee: $50.00
• Noise By-Law Exemption for Event: $75 (applicable after 11 pm)
• These rates are subject to change without notice and are reviewed on an annual basis. Half day = up to 6 hours
• Full Day = anything over 6 hours
• The Renter is responsible for ALL set up and clean up associated with the event/rental.

During the booking process, you will have the option to leave a note specifying your preferences. Please leave a note indicating your preferences, and our team will contact you to finalize the details.
*If you do not rent the entire facility for your event (Large Hall, Kitchen, Orton Room and Bill Barber), another event could be booked in the portion of the facility that has not been rented.
