The successful candidate will be a dynamic, outgoing individual with a minimum of two years’ work experience in park or facility maintenance. This is a part-time permanent position specifically covering day shifts on weekends and holidays. The Municipality provides a competitive salary and benefit package.
The Operations Parks & Facilities Tradesperson reports directly to a Supervisor and will carry out the winter/summer maintenance and operation of parks and recreational facilities and other duties as directed.
Qualifications
A valid driver’s License, acceptable driving record, and clean criminal record check will be required prior to hire.
The Municipality offers a competitive salary and excellent benefits package. The scheduled hours for this position are 16 to 20 hours per week (on weekends and holidays) and the salary is $28.98 to $34.61 (depending on experience) per hour.
