You might need an Entrance Permit!

The Municipality of Callander Building & Planning Department would like to remind residents that some projects may require an Entrance Permit before a Building Permit application can be processed.

This is especially important for:

- New lots

- Newly created severed parcels

- Properties that do not currently have an approved entrance
