Municipal Services Update following Stay at Home Order

With the recent Stay at Home Order that was approved and ordered on April 7, 2021, the Municipality wishes to inform its residents that although the Municipal Office is to remain open to the public, the Municipality would like to limit community exposure and non-essential visits. It is encouraged that patrons continue to use alternative methods for municipal services, as outlined below:

  • Municipal staff is available by phone, e-mail or by appointment. Staff can also set up virtual meetings using the Zoom platform. For a list of municipal contacts, please visit our Staff Directory page.
  • Residents who wish to pay their property taxes or water/wastewater bills are encouraged to take advantage of the alternative payment methods such as on-line banking, pre-authorized payment plan and outside drop-off box for cheque only.
  • Burn permits, animal tags and garbage tags are available to purchase online at mycallander.ca under Municipal Services: Emergency Services, Animal Control & Garbage & Recycling.
